Inspired by summer trip to Whitstable full of warm salty air, turquoise pools of water, cloudy days, the contrast of light and heavy clouds. A hint of sunshine breaking through the clouds – that moment when the light breaks through, the feeling of warmth/hope, the happiness of feeling the sun kissing your face – savouring every moment.

The excitement of finding somewhere new, the feeling of discovering a hidden gem and the pure joy in escaping into this new found space. But going at your pace and adventuring at your leisure – savouring every moment.

We ended the year in Whitstable and I started the year with painting – the perfect end to a difficult year and the perfect start to a hopeful one ✨

Acrylic on 330gsm heavy textured art paper. Unframed, so you can add a frame and matte to suit your style needs.

Size: 12×9 inches (30x23cm). This piece of art will fit in a standard frame that has an 12×9 inch mount/matte/border. Protected with a layer of archival finish varnish. Please allow 3-5 business days for me to prepare your painting for shipping.

Framing: if you would like your piece bespoke framed, please select FRAMED and I will be in touch to discuss your framing preferences.

– The framing price includes bespoke floating or standard frame. For paper, I would recommend framing with glass, for canvas, I would recommend no glass frames
