Arcadian has a few meanings, but the one that resonates with me is ‘idyllically simple, or untroubled’. That’s exactly how I feel watching the sunset or sunrise. Totally at peace – it’s the feeling evoked every time I put the paintbrush to each canvas – everything around me fell away, my whole body was awash with this immense feeling of peace and tranquility. I hope that each one of you feels this way when you see the pieces – they have a sense of pure tranquil wonder about them, that even I can’t quite explain.

Acrylic on textured, heavy linen paper (330gsm). Unframed, so you can add a frame and matte to suit your style needs.
