Payment
Payments are due in full prior to shipping. However, if you would like to arrange a payment plan please send me a message.
Shipping
ALL ORDERS will be sent to the mailing address on your receipt…please ensure that your address is correct as I cannot be responsible for any packages that do not arrive due to incorrect shipping information. I will ship your artwork in a protected package, as quickly and safely as possible.
Smaller artwork/prints are mailed in a rigid cardboard package. Larger prints are shipped in a cardboard tube.
PAPER ORIGINALS: Please allow 7-10 working days for all paper original deliveries.
CANVAS: Deliveries will be custom and discussed on a case by case basis with the customer.
ART PRINTS: I want to ensure you get the best quality product, therefore, please note that all reproduction artwork is printed to order and may take 2 weeks for the printer to process all the orders, due to volume.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES and BROKERAGE FEES: International shipping is via Royal Mail or ParcelForce. Please note that tracking on international shipments is only offered if you select and pay for the relevant shipping option during checkout. Please also note that international customers will have to make customs payments, as I have no control over this.
Expedited printing and shipping is usually an option. Please contact me prior to purchase if you need a rush order.
In the event of the UK leaving the EU with ‘No Deal’, please visit www.royalmail.com/brexit for the latest update on how this will impact customs, VAT and charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but, if for any reason you wish to return it I offer a full refund (minus shipping). The piece must be returned (in same condition & packaging as it was received) within 14 days of receipt. If the piece was not what you were expecting, please contact me directly, and I will do everything I can to rectify the situation.
